We have various hourly rates depending on the work and level of experience. For WordPress users, we recommend a hosting, maintenance and support plan. All our websites are hosted on WPEngine. We provide premium DNS management through DNSimple. We use and recommend Google Workspace for email and office productivity.

Once you’ve lodged a request, a member of our support team will contact you (usually within 48 hours) with an estimate of costs and a timeframe for completion.
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and subject to a additional 10% GST for Australian customers. Prices may be subject to change. We prefer payment by direct bank deposit. 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments. Payment terms are 7 days. Please allow 7 days from your payment for processing.

Our typical response time is 48 hours. A rush fee may apply for urgent requests. An estimate will be provided for tasks over 3 hours. A deposit may be required before work can begin.
Workflow and reporting is scheduled and delivered in 30 day blocks. Naturally we are always available for us much, or as little, as you need us. We kindly ask that you give us 30 days notice of your intent to change any monthly commitments, and we recommend a minimum 12 month commitment to any SEO service. Cost of paid advertising is not included in any plan. Advertising agreements are managed separately through our billing house OMD under your own account and subject to credit approval.
